Description

  • Proactively contribute to the development and establishment of digital workspace services capabilities encompassing automation
  • Administer, manage, and support Microsoft Azure Active Directory (AD) Premium for a Tier 1 bank.
  • Administer and support Microsoft Office 365 Services including Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, and office suite applications.
  • Support the transformation of business’s Digital Workplace through hands-on technical expertise and collaboration with Product Owners in Digital Workspace and stakeholder groups such as HR, Facilities, Cyber.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues, perform root cause analysis and take appropriate action to remediate issues.
  • Contribute to the implementation of proactive security features, and upgrades using an automation-based approach to achieve secure, stable, and reliable services.
  • Manage the hybrid configurations for Exchange for Business with Office 365 and provide email archiving solutions.
  • Implement collaboration portfolio such as Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Cisco Jabber, Zoom and, video conferencing solution.
