Proactively contribute to the development and establishment of digital workspace services capabilities encompassing automation
Administer, manage, and support Microsoft Azure Active Directory (AD) Premium for a Tier 1 bank.
Administer and support Microsoft Office 365 Services including Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, and office suite applications.
Support the transformation of business’s Digital Workplace through hands-on technical expertise and collaboration with Product Owners in Digital Workspace and stakeholder groups such as HR, Facilities, Cyber.
Troubleshoot technical issues, perform root cause analysis and take appropriate action to remediate issues.
Contribute to the implementation of proactive security features, and upgrades using an automation-based approach to achieve secure, stable, and reliable services.
Manage the hybrid configurations for Exchange for Business with Office 365 and provide email archiving solutions.
Implement collaboration portfolio such as Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Cisco Jabber, Zoom and, video conferencing solution.
