Description

  • Manage and administer the Bank’s Network Infrastructure and Services including LAN / WAN, Routers, Switches, Firewalls, IPS/IDS, VLANs, MPLS, VPN, Proxy, NTP, DNS, IPSEC, Access Lists, etc.
  • Responsible for uptime of Network Infrastructure and Services and SLA management.
  • Organize and conduct upgrades and preventative maintenance bring together different vendors without deterring others from completing their own work.
  • Provide End User Support and maintenance of hardware devices including PCs and IP Phones in the Organization.
  • Offer technical direction to co-workers on computer and network usage and offer comprehensive advice and instructions.
