Manage and administer the Bank’s Network Infrastructure and Services including LAN / WAN, Routers, Switches, Firewalls, IPS/IDS, VLANs, MPLS, VPN, Proxy, NTP, DNS, IPSEC, Access Lists, etc.
Responsible for uptime of Network Infrastructure and Services and SLA management.
Organize and conduct upgrades and preventative maintenance bring together different vendors without deterring others from completing their own work.
Provide End User Support and maintenance of hardware devices including PCs and IP Phones in the Organization.
Offer technical direction to co-workers on computer and network usage and offer comprehensive advice and instructions.
